Ok, I have been fooling w/this long enough. I need help from the experts.
I have a Panasonic DVD-RV31 home DVD player. I want to burn home movie VCD's on my computer & watch them on my home DVD player. Is this possible? My DVD palyer states it can play Video CD's.
A VCD is a Video CD, right?

Yup, just follow the wonderful directions on this site to make a VideoCD (VCD) that will play in most stand-alone DVD players. See the "DVD Players Compatibility List" for your model.
