Unit to convert mini dv to dvd?

My camcorder is broken and I have many mini dv tapes which I would like to convert to DVD, is there any type of device available which can do this?

you either have to buy a new miniDV cam, or miniDV tape deck. a new cam is much less expensive than a deck. and then transfer to your computer via firewire to begin the process. encode to dvd spec, author dvd files, burn, or use one of the all in one programs.
