  1. Looking for a simple, small and free (or trial-based but will let me export) program to create a simple white-on-black rolling credits sequence. The only thing is I need to be able to paste text into it, and a lot of it (IE: an IMDb credit listing). Anything out there? I tried BluffTitler, but it's not letting me paste the entire text.

Also MS Movie Maker does a reasonable job. You can output to DV-AVI or WMV.

Best stuff is in the option menu. If you don't like the vertical scroll, check the fade in/out.

  3. The problem with all of this stuff (near as I can tell) is that I can't copy and paste the text into the field. Oh, well. Thanks for the help anyway, I think I might have to do this manually. I can use Pinnacle, I just have to physically type it out.

Not true, cut/paste works here. I recall reading somewhere credit rolls can be imported as Excel XLS or database. I think that was for Movie Maker. It could have been Premiere. Google should find it.

PS: This doc shows how you can cut/paste from Word into Vegas.
