    Hello All,

    I have a Samsung Camcorder that uses the Mini DVDs, currently I have a bunch of them that I want to combine into one DVD, but I am also looking to do a couple of things.

    In the begining of the Movie I want to add a title overlay, similar to the begining of a Move that has things like "A Company X production" Starring John Doe" etc. between clips I want to add fade out/in effects etc.

    A couple of questions that I have are:

    Is here a program that can do all of this?

    Is it better to first convert the VOB files to MPEG to create the effects?

    Any help would be great
