I'm trying to do a series dvd with 4 episodes/disc and want to keep the original menu and main movies only, not any of the extras, and warnings, etc. I have read that dvdremake can do this. My question is does it actually remove these warnings, trailers, extras or does it just hide them from the menu?

It can do either way. If you do remove Titles, then you have to make sure all your navigation/connections work properly.

NOTE: assumes the DVD you are working with is not copyprotected

  3. A bit late reply, but... When you hide something with DvdReMake than it will remove corresponding audio/video/sub material and replace them with blank frame while keeping original navigation (actually it will automatically modify navigation to jump over hidden parts). But you can also delete things - in this case it is really deleted and this may break original navigation.
