First post here, but have utilized this site for many years for info. Now I need guidance for something I am unable to find anywhere. I have quite a few quicktime trailers I would like to convert for use with my stand alone HD-DVD player. I wish to encode or transcode the video into a compatible AVC format and burn it to an DVD-R and have a trailer disc to play. Any ideas or guidance? I could also re-encode into MPEG 2, but feel I would get better results using AVC...or even VC-1 if possible, but whatever works with the best quality.

    Thanks,
    Santino
