    Hi - new to this board, hope this hasn't been answered 200 times, I looked but couldn't find an answer.

    Basically I'd like to be able to convert youtube videos in .flv format into .mov quicktime files. I've got download helper installed in firefox, which downloads the files neatly and easily. I can load them into ffmpeg, version 0.0.9y fine, and they play when play is pressed. I select the top option in Target Format, the .mov format no problem. When I press encode, the bell dings almost immediately, and I get a zero kb file result. the log file is as follows -

    FFmpeg version CVS, Copyright (c) 2000-2004 Fabrice Bellard
    Mac OSX universal build for ffmpegX
    libavutil version: 49.0.0
    libavcodec version: 51.9.0
    libavformat version: 50.4.0

    Seems that stream 1 comes from film source: 1000.00 (1000/1) -> 25.00 (25/1)
    Input #0, flv, from '/Users/stephendrake/Desktop/N.Gutman_-_Haydn_Concerto_No.1_in_C__1st_mov.flv':
    Duration: 00:09:24.0, bitrate: N/A
    Stream #0.0: Audio: mp3, 22050 Hz, mono
    Stream #0.1, 25.00 fps(r): Video: flv, yuv420p, 320x262
    Codec type mismatch for mapping #0.0 -> #0.0

    What does this mean the problem is? What can I do to fix this? Can this conversion even be done with this app?

    Thanks!

    I don't know about '200', but the error...

    ...has been seen a few times.

    Set the checkbox "Invert mapping" in the Audio tab and try again.

    Thanks! That seems to have done the trick!
