What is the efficient and effective way to back up the Main Movie only?

It may be necessary to back up the Casino Royale Main Movie only into a single layer disc (improve picture quality) so that you do not have to press the menu button on the remote control to go to the root menu. People then can enjoy the movie from the disc they bought immediately. Dragging the main movie title 1 to the left side in the Re-author mode of the DVD Shrink 3.2 can do it after ripping the movie with the RipIt4Me. Is there any other methods or could it be done better without potential freeze frame or distortion problems?

If you want to preserve the best possible quality , then use DVDRB instead..just MO!!!

Open the movie in DVD Shrink and click Re-Author. Drag just the main movie across to the left-hand pane. Click on it, remove any audio and subtitle tracks you don't need, then see if it fits without compression. If it does, hit Backup and you have your movie only disc.

If it doesn't, Set the compression level to No Compression, hit backup, and ignore the warning about it being too big. Write the results to your HDD, then use DVD Rebuilder to re-encode down to size. Alternatively, load the whole thing into Rebuilder and use the Movie Only option.
