Anyone know if adding closed captions (using an SCC file) in Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 requires a re-encode of already compliant MPEG-2 material?
Thanks

I used the TRIAL version of Encore DVD 2.0, and it did not require re-encoding when I added Closed Captions (SCC Format) to a DVD-compliant mpeg2 video.
