I used Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 to capture video from my miniDV video camera. Then I edited the video in the timeline. Now I have a video in the timeline and need to take it to Adobe Encore DVD 1.5 so that I can burn a DVD. What do I need to do to take the highest quality video possible to Encore DVD? Export movie or Encode?: Do I click File > Export > Movie or do I click File > Export > Encode?
If Export movie, do I choose AVI or DV-AVI?

Normal process is to encode MPeg2 in Premiere Pro then import and use the MPeg2 file in Encore without recode.
This takes a bit of planning to avoid exceeding the capacity of the disc.
Encore will accept and encode DV-AVI if you prefer but you have more control in Premiere (especially for AC-3 audio).
