    I need to take grabs from 16.9 anormorphic movie sequences but the outputted stills are comming out still in 4.3 aspect ratio

    Any thoughts on how to change this in preferences??

    In short i have some stuff in widescreen that i want to take grabs off as well but dont want the pics in widescreen if possible

    thanks

    what version of Quicktime,
    and what type of file?
    (.mov, .avi, .m2v, .mp4)

    I just did exports of the Spiderman 3 NBC movie trailer
    (848 x 480) and they came out widescreened.
    It exports the stills at what the movie is defined;
    you can't change the export size in Stills, only the
    target file type, resolution, and amount of frames per second.

    So, you might have to re-"hard encode" the files to a default
    size, and then export out your still sequence...
    try one. Just export to it QT mov at the size you want it to be,
    then export an image sequence off of that.
