I bought this as a birthday gift for me to record PS2 games and got it a few days ago but I've had trouble with it since. I've updated all the drives to it just to make sure but whenever I start WinTV2000, I only get a black screen when everything for the PS2 is plugged in. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I also read that there is a 2 second lag to the games with this so can someone help with getting rid of it as well?

What output are you using from the PS2? Composite? s-video?
In WinTV2000 press the little green button between the channel up and down buttonts to switch between the internal tuner, composite, and s-video inputs.
The Live Preview registry tweak from this site might work for the PVR-150:

But you should really use a separate TV to play while you record with the PVR-150.

I'm using the composite one(Yellow video and red and white audio) and all of them are in when I start up WinTV. Should they be in when I start up my computer or is that fine? For the LivePreview its under the PVR 250/350 ones. Would it still work for a 150?
