Mixed bag to burn as DVD/ mpeg4 conversion ?

[Whatever_works]

I downloaded a television series.
Turns out to be a mixed bag of files. They all play fine on the Pc
but I want to have it on DVD.
Premiere2.0 accepted some of the files although they need to be rendered.
But files 1,2 and 3 are being read as audio files.

Heres a huge unruly file I got from G-spot
Anyone able to push the noobie in the right direction ?
