    Hi

I have recently converted video files to MP4 using 3GP software (to use on ipod) I now want to convert these to kvcd so I can use nero burning rom to put on a cd, and I cannot find anywhere which says in plain english how this is done.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated

KVCD is just a settings template, not a codec. https://www.videohelp.com/glossary?K#KVCD

You can get it for TMPGEnc encoder, probably others. But you may not have much quality left in your video if you have to convert the MP4 to a format TMPGEnc or other MPEG encoders can understand, then encode it once again to MPEG with the KVCD settings.

Don't use Nero. Encode in TMPGEnc to a standard VCD setting and then use VCD Easy to burn the disc (maybe even make VCD menus!).

All that said, VCD sucks, quality-wise.
