    okay, so when i started messing with digital video, video conversion etc... i downloaded the K-lite mega codec pack. i liked being able to backup dvds and process with VobBlanker and then open the first IFO and have it play in the MPC. but as i researched i found most people advise against codec packs and say to install just the codecs you need. how do i go about doing that? i have a couple seasons of 24 in XviD format that i wanted to put on DVD. i uninstalled the K-lite and started picking a few codecs i knew i had movies of and now my mp4s play "stretched tall" in MPC. any help or tips on which codecs to get to have a comprehensive setup?
