I can't hear any sound from BSplayer and other programs when am trying to sync the subtitles. the avi is in 2 parts. but i joined them together using VDub and made it direct stream copy now i can't get the sound.

Its contain on the avi no separate file for sound. i can play it and hear it on WMP but no other like BSPlayer, Submagic, and so on??

    Anyone help please?

And which is the best program to sync subtitles cos its off sync. if i sync the second part i want to sync all the rest which allows me to do this? the subtitles are in 2 parts and need to join 1st and second together but 2nd part is off sync.

    Two separate problems.

First, the audio. What format is the audio track ? G-Spot or MediaInfo can tell you this, and therefore what you need to install to be able to hear it. That something as simple as WMP can play it suggests you have at least installed the directshow versions of the right codecs (or have FFDShow installed).

Subtitle sync. If the subs are in srt format you can load the first set into subtitle workshop, then load the second set. The timecodes will overlap, but you can select all of the second set, and shift them by the exact running time (down to the millisecond) of the first part of the avi. They should then sync up.
