    Hi I just went to Hong Kong ad bought 10 vcd's for 2$ in an old shop. The VCD's are in English but have Chinese subtitles. I find that the sybtitles distract me. Is there any way to remove them?

    Bought 10 vcd's? were they still on theatres or old vcds?

    Re-encode is the only way I can think of and use the settings to put a black mask over the subtitles. This is only if the subs aren't actually in the movie and are on the black widescreen part.
