I've got a DVD with two chapters on it. I've got it in a directory on my HD via DVDDecrypter - 4 VOB files in sequence - and am trying to use VobBlanker to select each chapter in turn to put on separate DVDs. I'm hopelessly confused :-(

Clicking on the VTS_01_*.VOB entry in the title set produces two PCG entries, but they don't match up with the two chapters.
When I select a PCG and enter Prev/Cut, only a small part of the file is shown in blue on the bottom slider. If I move the slider off the blue to the extreme left, it plays the start of chapter 1 as it should and I can easily select the frame at which I want to start. But, there is no way of getting a cell/sector ID from it! I tried setting the [ mark at the start then the ] mark at the end of the section I want to cut, but it simply doesn't do anything.

I presume that VobBlanker isn't handling the IFO file correctly. Any ideas as to how I can get it to select sections the way it's supposed to? Or, do I need a better tool?

(I don't want to add anything, just to select each chapter separately so they can each be put in a DVD player to autoplay without the dozen button operations that are required with the DVD the way it comes. The decrypted VOB files play properly with WinDVD.)

Maybe the chapter points aren't what you think they are. Try altering the celltimes by using pgcdemux to separate the elementary streams, and then edit the celltimes. Mux back with muxman then open in vobblanker again and see if they align the you want them to.

To make a long story short, I gave up of VOBBlanker - DVDShrink understands everything perfectly and produces the results I want.

    Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
