I have some AVI files that have a resolution of 512 x 384 (4:3). My DVD player will play avi files so i want to watch these on my tv. I can tell that the video is supposed to be viewed at 16:9 , but the problem is dvd player is only playing the avi at 4:3. How do I get the dvd player to display 16:9 or how can I conver the video to 16:9. And, if I have to convert won't this degrade the video some?
Thanx

You can try use MPEG4 Modifier and change the header data to 16:9. But your dvd player not might support 16:9 divx and then you need to resize and reconvert and you will lose quality.
