    OK I have removed the .mpg from the svcd's its playable in WinDVD what program can I use to convert it to vcd format I have tryed to open it with TMPGEnc but it wont open it. Please help

    I tryed that method but when the movie has alot of move ment it makes weard lines (kinda blocky) I demultiplex it and im pretty shure i did it all right.
