Ok, ive downloaded a few SVCD's from certain groups that rip them, and they run flawlessly. Well my rip of Jeepers Creepers is really choppy, its like a fluttery jerk more than a chop, its just like an always happening thing.
I ripped the vob's to my HDD w/ smartripper, i used dvd2avi to grab the .d2v , then vob2avi to get a .wav, then used the standard SVCD for NTSC template from tmpeg. I wanted to use tmpeg to cut it cuz thats what i use on vcd's, but it kept locking up, so i used dvtool. I then burned it w/ nero. I have a 24x liteon, and i tried slowing it down to 12x. I then tried using VCDImageGUI but when i tried to burn it w/ nero and it says not enough space(retarded). Im running WindowsXP. If anybody could tell me where im going wrong(besides XP)
thanks
edit: also, when i run it on my computer, it runs fine
