I burned a movie using Windows DVD Maker. I have Windows Vista HP.The movie is in 16:9 format already and plays great. I burn the movie and the finished product plays in some sort of box...like a 4:3 format but much smaller. So I went back and changed the video settings to 16:9 and the 2nd attempt came out the same. The movie is an avi file. Can this have something to do with it? Please help

    PLEASE provide more information.

    DV-AVI with 16:9?
Or avi divx, xvid? Then use something else like ConvertXtoDVD.
Or what kind of avi? Identify avi with gspot.
