ASF Bad Image FIX

Hi,

I have caputred stream video + audio from the internet. Now i have this asf file. The file (when i watch it in asf) there are some parts in the shot that have like these blocks (i cant explain it on an other way) so like getting 2 frames over each other but the movement of the peeps are there. Its like the previuos frames over the peeps and then they are moving. Ok somethimes there is a man talking and his face & body is all white, few seconds later the face has normal colors. Is there a way to fix this?

TRy add the asf in asfbin or steeper and create a new asf.
