    I have two simple MPG's that I would like to join into one.

    Normally I think I would use VirtualDub, but when I try to open either one I get "MPEG Import Filter: pack synchronization error". If I could fix that - that would be great but I cannot seem to figure that one out.

    I was thinking of using Easy AVI-MPEG-RM-WMV Joiner but I was looking for a free / shareware solution first.

    Video REDo Plus does it well so a friend has advised me.

    I have VideoRedo Plus but have not yet had to use it for this. It is a good app and I doubt there would be any video / sound sync or other problems. I use it for editing ads out of video.
