    Maybe someone knows link where I can download different plasma video clips for editing the video, especially for genereting some video masks, or such a program for making plasma video.

    Examples ? If you means swirling fractal generated patterns, After Effects has many filters that can do this easily. Sony and Mainconcept also give away clips like this.
