    the q is in my subjuect.....i want to go transform img-files to xvid so i can save memoryspace on my harddrives...especially on the laptop.....is that possible ? if not..which is ste fastest, simpliest way......?

    You can use any of the guides listed for DVD to avi conversion. The most common tool is AutoGK

  3. First off extract the image file using a img extracter program.

    Then"mount" the IMG or video_TS(makes the file look like an actual DVD) with Daemon Tools, or alcohol 120% then once it's "mounted", use AutoGK and convert it.
