Hello,
I'm compiling a "Best Of" DVD of songs from my various concert DVD's, but the audio on some of the songs are very quiet. I'm using Adobe Encore CS3, is there a way to normalize the audio of all the clips from with it, or do I have to use a different program?

If it's not possible with adobe encore I would demux the ac3 tracks(using for example pgcdemux) and use this method: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic317891.html. Then add the ac3 files in adobe encore.
edit: Or it's mainly to increase the volume...
