How to Encode DVD Recovery VOD File to DVD again?

Hello,

I need some help please, My DVD was scratches and it was unreadable, I had a company restore the files, and they gave me the files in VOD format, basicly as data, not i can play this on my computer but not on a DVD player because i guess its not encoded, Now if i have the DVD files on my hard drive , how can i encode this files back to DVD without ripping it, I do not want to loose the menu and titles or chapter settings because its an important DVD, All i want to do is, encode this files as dvd and write on to DVD, so i can watch my family movies again.

Have you asked the company for any tips?
How do you play the files? Try open in videoredo and see it if finds the video and then save as but you will lose the menus and such.
