  1. I ripped a DVD9 with 2 versions of a movie onto a 1-movie-version DVD5 with DVDFab Platinum. I removed one of the soundtracks and some subtitles and then sent it through DVD Shrink to fix stream mapping. I deleted some buttons from the menu with PGC edit. The only problem left is that when I click on "Commentary" button in the menu, the movie starts with normal soundtrack and normal subtitles instead of commentary soundtrack and commentary subtitles.

    Is there a way I can fix the "Commentary" button in the menu so that it will start the movie with commentary soundtrack and subs ?

    That really depend's on the nav commands used by both the menu you need to modify , and the title .

    A simple method in your case would be to look at the commands used by the title itself ... there should always be a command set related , and showing :

    [41 20 00 81 83 00 00 01] 1 if ( gprm(0) == gprm(1) ) then { (SetSTN) Set Audio stream = gprm(1) ; Set Sub-picture stream = gprm(3) }

    Just change the audio and subtitle values , save dvd , play it back and see .

    Your only issue is knowing who is what , in the case of multiple subs / audio ... then you might need to do both , the menu nav's and the title nav's to work correctly for multiple's .

    Mark sure you didnt aka them when you used dvdshrink ... cause they might not actual be available if you made an accidental mistake when dumping the extra's .
