Is there any chance of getting an option to have the "Play All" menu item (if added to a menu) be the default highlighted item for the menu? I create a lot of episodic DVDs and like to have the play all button be the default when the menu appears. Right now I have to do this by using PGC Edit after SVCD2DVD creates the DVD folders.
