help i cant work out the bitrate

Hi I hope someone can help as i think im getting close, i am trying to burn enemy at the gates and i have ripped it using smartripper. i am following the guide on here on how to burn a dvd bigger than 4500mb. im using ReMPEG2 to shrink my movie. the first bit is ok (only takes a couple of minutes)and i create a vinf file as it says in guide, but when i go to encode it i have no idea how to set the bitrate i have tried a few and the est time goes up to about 90 hrs. i have followed the guide how to use it and mad dvd bitrate calc tells me i have vid bitrate of 3888 but when i go to set the bitrate in options on ReMPEG2 its all in 7 figure numbers. pls pls help someone.
