Hi, the first thing I want to say is that my English is very porr, but I will try explain what I want to do. I am speak both spanish and swedish in case there are any one that can those languages.
Well I want to burn my avi film together with the text. So this became one only file instead for two files( avi.film + srt.text). Is posible to do that?.....I want to play the film in my dvd-player in the livingroom. This one can play dvix films.
    Thanks for help!.

Have you just tried burn the avi and srt? name them like film.avi and film.srt. Many divx dvd players supports external srt subtitles.

You can also make one .divx file with xsubs using AviSub that adds the srt to the .divx file. If the .divx wont work try rename it to .avi.

Very often srt subs is shown in a poor manor on divx players - try instead and change the srt file to XSUBs using apps on this site: labs.divx.com/tools or labs.divx.com/DrDivX.
Then your subs will be embedded inside the divx file and shown just like subs on DVDs - Obs: If your in PAL country you will have to add 96 pixels to the vertical position using Sub2DivX or SRT2bmp.

    regards Pol
