My camera churns out videos in MP4 format. Very few of my customers can read these and it's causing me real problems. I need to
1. find a tool that will convert MP4 to a more common format (.avi)?
or
2. find a free reader that will play the MP4 files.
Please bear in mind that I need to retain both picture quality and sound.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
