Hello , this is my first post and hope it will be luck.
So I have a camera installed in a city far from here. I can arrange streaming through internet , and I need a capture car or some decoder installed in computer or standalone to take this streaming video, decode in PAL and put it into TV. So the quality of the signal was that of normal TV .
Lets assume the normal TV quality is approx 480 tvlines and 30 fps. what bandwidth do I need to accomplish this kind of system?
