Hi,
I'm a newbie to DVD authoring and would like some advice.
I have a sony DVD camcorder and have created numerous DVD's with no problem. However I have one DVD where the volume is quite low about half way through and would like to increase the volume just in that area (lasts about 1 minute) the audio on the rest of the DVD is fine. Is that difficult to do?
Thanks in advance!

Open the audio in Goldwave, select the part which has low volume and increase it.
Save as WAV 48khz.
You might have to convert the wav to ac3 if it's too big for the dvd, use for example ffmpeggui.
Reauthor the video and the new audio to a new DVD using an authoring tool like Tmpgenc dvd author. If you want the same menus as the original DVD read https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=937#937
