I've been struggling with converting a VCD with 23.976 fps to DVD.
    See https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=317927

As noted there, amongst other things I tried SVCD2DVDMPG (the free version), which made no change to the fps. I understand that pulldown doesn't work on MPEG1 -- though DGPulldown did something to it and produced a video that ran at 25% too fast.

I authored with the 23.976 fps m1v, and got a workable DVD, but time display and chapters are way off.

Does any version of SVCD2DVD deal with this more elegantly?

Excuse me for bumping this, but hasn't anyone ever tried this before?
