    Hi,

    I made VCD using Picture Package VCD Maker from my Sony handicam installation CD. It went just fine using the simple wizard but when I watched it on Windows media player or any other player, I could just hear the sound. Video was all black!?

    What am I doing wrong here?

    VCD are meant to be played with a standalone VCD/DVD player. They are not (primarily) intended for computer playback. Try a software DVD player like PowerDVD.
