Need advice for good MOV(QuickTime) to WMV conveter.. I there a good program that allows lossless convertion?

You can't get any lossless conversion as wmv is not a lossless video format, but if you use high video bitrate you shouldn't notice too much video quality loss.

Quicktime Pro and export to avi and convert to wmv with wme or wmm.

Quicktime Alternative and an avisynth script to read the mov and convert with wmincenc.

Canopus Procoder 2 does MOV 5.1 to WMV 5.1.
May need older QT or QTAlt or rename MOV's to AVI and use 3ivx filters to read MOV's.
