Addind a watermark logo by using Virtualdubmod in Gordian Knot sequence

Hi,
I use Gordian Knot to convert DVD video to DIVX 6 and i now need to watermark the output video, but i'd like to make that in the same sequence as the DIVX encoding, not after it's encoded.
I see that with Virtualdubmod i can apply "logo" filter manually, when encoding just with Virtualdubmod, but this filter must be applied every time Virtualdubmod is used, which does not work for me, when Virtualdubmod is called by Gordian Knot program in a sequence of DIVX encoding and this makes it impossible to insert filters on the fly.

So, the question is, how to get logo filter applied to my DIVX movies in the process of encoding them with Virtualdubmod, but when there's no possibility to load logo filter manually as Virtualdubmod is called by Gordian Knot?

I meant how to set Virtualdub that everytime it's ran it has all the needed filters loaded?
