What's the best filter to use in Gordian Knot?

I have been using Gordian Knot for a while now and I love it but one feature I have never really understood is the filters.

You have like Lancoz, Bicubic Sharp etc and I never know which one to choose.

I like really sharp clear picture quality so normally I just lucky pick between lancoz and bicubic sharp, but I would like to understand them and know which one will produce the better looking video at the end.

Can anyone explain to me?

Lanczos produces less moire artifacts than Bicubic.
