    Hey,

    Gamebridge AVC 14x0 / 15x0 arrived at my door after waiting 3 weeks for it.
    Now it all installed ok, no problem. (On my Xbox360)

    I start it up and work through the settings, I see it has worked but.... well its all grey, no colour. (Greyscale)

    I think you should do some testing first. Try PS2 to see if it give the same results or try it on different computer.
