Second question I have one private ceremony recorded in 3 vcds, how can I author them in on dvd or atleast in 1 cd? Total data is 245 mb.

vob2mpg is probably your best bet if you want to get a ready to use single video file in mpg format from the vob file. Or if your going to author it use a authoring program that can read vob files directly - Tmpgenc dvd Author is such a program - just open the vobs and you can reauthor the disc.

isobuster can get the mpg file out of the .dat file you'll see on the vcd.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

You can do two things - get a program that authors vcd in dvd format. OR remove the audio and change it from 44.1khz to 48khz using an audio program like audacity and then remix it with the video and then you can author it with any dvd author program.

The simpler aproach is to use something like Tmpgenc Dvd Author. You can simply take the original vcd quality mpg file and load it into Tmpgenc Dvd Author. From there it will convert the audio to 48khz for you. Other Dvd Programs do that as well I just don't know which ones for certain besides TDA.
