I'm trying to make a little dvd home movie here and am getting errors from DVD-Lab Pro. Everytime I try to compile it says that "the read data size is over the buffer limit". I'm not sure how to correct this. It originally came up and said that since I have different sized videos that it may not play in a DVD player but that I could still compile and try it. But then it always automatically terminates the compiling process at the end. I tried putting each video in it's own VTS but it still gave me the same error. I'll copy and paste the error report below if that tells a little more about it...
I am trying to run these movies consecutively without menus. Just one right after the other like autoplay... at the very last line is where it says "[ERR] The read data size is over the buffer limit - 2901 Authoring is terminated - 2999"

Are you running the latest updates to DLP ?
I would also put the smaller clip into a separate titleset to help with compliance. You can certainly mix resolutions, but different resolutions should be in different titlesets.
I would also visit the mediachance forums (link at mediachance.com) to see if this reported by others.Read my blog here.

could also be badly encoded mpegs.... if the total bitrate of the mpeg2 is over 9.8mbps or the mpeg1s are over 1.8mbps you might get that error.

I didn't have any over 1.8mbps but I did find which file was giving me the error. It was a slideshow I made with Adobe Premiere... I just ran it through VirtualDub and then through TMPGenc, although I lost some quality I got it to work.
Thanks
