  1. Hi, I bought a DENON DVD-2910 and I want to import 2 dvd's from the united states but I'm from europe and obviously bought my dvd here.. since the dvds are from region 1 (USA, Canada) I wanted to know if it is still possible for me to watch them in my dvd player.

    I don't know, but I know that some if not all Denon models can be made region free. If not, you can rip the DVD to a PC and reburn it as a region free disc and that should play fine.

    In regards of DENON DVD2910 region-unlocked:

    unlocking via the remote-control works perfect, however DOES NOT fix the RCE code on recent WARNER BROS (WB) and COLUMBIA R-1 DVD's
    You may experience spindle hum, disortion in the main-and chapter menu's. Sometimes even info "disc-error".

    Test: WB R-1 dvd CROSSFIRE (1947).
