Hey all,
I have a few Japanese Godzilla DVD's that I would like to add subtitles too. I have subtitle files that are .ssa files.
I am trying to figure out the correct process for taking the dvd's and adding those subtitles to it and then burning it back to dvd so that I can watch it.
If there is a tutorial out there that someone could point me to of if some kind sould would be willing to spell it out for me that would be great.
Thanks,

Alright after much trial and error, I have been able to take my dvd's turn them into a single VOB and bring them into FFmpegx and add selectable subtitles using the VOB subtitles option.
Now my question becomes, is there a way to just pass the video and audio through without recompressing them? When I try to choose Passthrough in video it changes my target format from DVD mpeg2enc to AVI which does not give me the option of adding the VOB subtitles and I am also trying to make a VIDEO_TS. Anyway around this?
Any help would be appreciated,
