Adding Subs

Is it possiable to add subs to an avi file

Yes. You can either add them as a separate file with the same name as your video, (Which most set top players will recognize) or burn them permanently into your video. Burning into the video is covered here: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic316471.html

For most subs, you just add a subtitle file to the same folder that your video is in and use the same file name. Most players look for it there.
