    hey everyone,
    ive noticed that lately when i try to play videos online, like google video or youtube, i get the video part but for some reason there is no audio. i checked the volume levels and i restarted my computer several times, but still i am not getting any audio. i humbly ask for your assistance. thanks.

    Could be several issues. What player are you using? Is the volume muted within the player?

    hmm, the volume is definately not muted, cuz ive checked everytime. i dont know what player it is, its like all of them. whenever i go to Youtube, Google Video, Myspace, or any of that stuff, whatever video i play in my web browser has no audio.

    So you are having trouble with video imbedded within the webpage(s). Sounds like the problem is with IE and/or java or whatever is used for the transport stream. I expect it is IE.

  5. Had the exact same problem

    My fix was to uninstall flashplayer and reinstall it from marcomedia (Adobe) website

    BTW, I had to do it 3 times before it finally installed correctly.
    I also rebooted the PC after each install/uninstall

    You probably are missing a codec, maybe gspot will help you identify what's missing.
