  1. Hi,

I've been using these discs for printing on with my Epson R300:

    http://www.bigpockets.co.uk/product.php?lang=&submenu=&menu=&product_id=3462&

But for the image to be printed round the whole of the disc properly, I need to adjust my print position in Epson Print CD program, is this normal?

    Has to be:

    Height: 24.8
    Width: 25.3

Then afterwards I have to clear the excess ink of the middle, and round the sides...

Happens with every different make of dvd i've tried, and I have to work out the print position for each.
I have the Inner/Outer diameter at 21/119, I found this was best for these DVDs.

If you mean you're adjusting the template every time, then it sounds to me like you have to adjust your print position. (Under the File menu.) You should only have to do this once. If you truly are adjusting the print position every time then I think there's something wrong with the printer. My understanding is that is to adjust for discrepancies in the actual tray position as opposed to where the software thinks it is. Once adjusted it shouldn't need it again.
Edit: Or are you saying that the software does not hold the settings you adjust it to between sessions?
