Is it possible that i can add an audio layer for instance the ringing of a bell with an already mastered track like say a r kelly song without it masking the r kelly song. I would like the bell to ring whilst r kelly is singing. How would i get this done?

An audio editor will do this for you.

You could have track 1 as the R Kelly song and add another track with the bell and mix it into where you want it on the R Kelly track.
