    Have a dvd that was made for my workplace and they are wanting us to put it on our webpage. There is two small chapters on the dvd (whole thing is 200+ meg) and we don't really want to put it on there as something people have to download (although thats not a bad option if we have to), would prefer to have it as something to stream it if they want to click/view it.

    Could someone suggest programs (preferably free) to do this and if possible for both ways. The streaming may kill our bandwidth (although I don't expect many people to try and view it).

    Hi...
    Iam not sure if this works but its a step in the right direction....

    Load the vob files in to a program called projectx and cut out the parts you want to use...

    then save th whol thing into .ts format (transportstream) this format is used in DVB-T and DVB-s transmissions..

    maybe you can use VLC to stream this on the net.....
